Biography

Ruth Brock completed 32 years of practice in 2007. Twenty-nine of those years of practice have been spent in the Lewisville, Highland Village , and Flower Mound areas.   Initially Ruth practiced law with a firm in downtown Dallas , working mainly in commercial and real estate litigation.  In 1980, Ruth opened her practice in Lewisville , in the first multi-story commercial building west of I-35.  In the following years the practice developed into a transactional practice with an emphasis on making the deal work and increasing client understanding of their legal transaction.

While Ruth has conducted both non-jury and jury trials, and has argued before the Texas Supreme court, she discovered that her real interest and abilities lay in the transactional field.  She enjoys focusing on language refinement for clear and concise documents and educating her clients on their responsibilities under the documents she has prepared.

In April, 2003, Ruth moved her office to its current location in Flower Mound.
