Flower Mound Attorney Ruth Brock
My name is Ruth Brock. Practicing law since 1977, I have dedicated my career to finding practical solutions to legal problems. Initially, I worked with a firm in downtown Dallas, mainly handling commercial and real estate litigation. In 1980, I opened my own firm in Lewisville, in the first multi-story building west of I-35.
In the following years, my practice transformed into a transactional one. Today, the Law Office of Ruth Brock is based in Flower Mound, where I handle real estate, estate planning, probate and business law transactional matters, emphasizing making the deal work and increasing client understanding of the transaction.
While I have conducted jury and non-jury trials and have even argued before the Texas Supreme Court, I have discovered that my real passion and ability lies in the transactional field. I enjoy focusing on language refinement for clear and concise documents, as well as educating my clients on their responsibilities under the documents I prepare.
Accomplished Representation
I am board certified in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. I served as an adjunct professor in real estate law at Texas Women's University, and have also published several legal articles and taught seminars. I have been recognized with multiple awards, including Reader's Choice of Denton County, "First Place / Best Lawyer" in 2001 and 2003, and Neighbors' Choice Awards, "Best Lawyer," in June 2009.
